Nizoral "soak"?

I red somewhere on here about people doing thier regimented "nizoral soak"...just wondering if youre supposed to leave nizoral in for more than a minute or so....is longer better?

This is the typical nizoral that you get in the drugstore im using...

I leave it on for 2 to 5 minutes. Any longer and it will dry your hair out too much.

Most people on here suggest that you use Nizoral every three days or so. What if you only wash your hair every three days or so? Should you just use Nizoral, or still alternate?

I usually lather my hair first than wash my body while my scalp "soaks in nizoral". Last thing before exiting the shower is rinsing my hair. 5-10 mins soaking time.

I leave it on for 5 minutes then rinse.
