Nizoral Shampoo

Hey guys, I've been on Rogaine foam for 2+ years and have combined that with Nizoral 1% the past year or so. It seems to me, especially in the last few months, that my hair did better without the Nizoral. I really haven't read anything about Nizoral having adverse effects on hair loss, but could that be the case? I thought it was considered a must have (part of the Big 3)?

I seem to have reacted badly to it as well. I quit Nizoral two weeks ago, after noticing increased thinning.

Keto wash makes hair straw like and makes thin hair sometimes looking week and kinda wispy type. I am thinking you might be confusing the "after effects and feels" with it not working. If you try keto with a regimen I posted recently, then your hair would look and feel good, or you might want to try some conditioner after nizoral. to see if that helps. (Not sure if using conditioner after nizoral. use would counter keto benefits)
