ichtiness is not caused by bacteria, but by fungals. ALL people have fungals in their hair; that's just a spot where they like to settle. It's completely natural and there's no need to do anything about it. In some cases, the precense of the fungals result in dandruff, which can be unconfortable. In that case, one can consider using an antiifungal like ketoconazole.

Ketoconazole, by incidence, happens to work in fighting male pattern baldness as well, but NOT by killing fungals. It works bij blocking the AR and reducing the activity of 5AR.
