nizoral shampoo with propecia

It really doesn't matter which ketoconazole shampoo you use, as long as it's pharmaceutical grade and 2% (this is if you want maximum benefit and regrowth potential, I've posted studies in my story thread showing that 2% ketoconazole shampoo used twice weekly grows as much hair as 2% minoxidil used twice daily. If you don't care about regrowth and antiandrogenic strength then just use the 1% formulation, it's better than nothing) this pretty much limits your choices to Nizoral and generics though.

Yes of course Propecia will still work if you don't use a ketoconazole shampoo, it wouldn't be as popular as it is if it didn't. It's just that people recommend using the two for their synergistic and additive effects. Shampooing with Nizoral is so easy anyways, you take a shower and you use shampoo regardless, so simply instead of using your normal shampoo two days out of the week you use Nizoral instead.

thanks for taking the time out to explain that to me, i am going to get my self some nizoral shampoo :) ASAP

I used Propecia to great effect for 7 years without Nizoral, but I now use both, and had I known about Nizoral a few years ago I would have used earlier, if that helps!
