Nizoral Query

Does anyone on this site actually believe that Nizoral has a positive effect on hair health; specifically, the alleviation of male pattern baldness to some extent? It doesn’t seem to do much for my hair apart from make its condition even worse. If the claim that Nizoral is just as effective as Minoxidil 2% as a growth agent/male pattern baldness retardant is true then I worry that Minoxidil will do nothing to staunch my hair loss.
