Nizoral or Nioxin?

Hey guys, if possible, could any of you tell me the differences, effects, and similarities between these two shampoos I've been hearing about so much? That would be great!

nizoral is the real deal (as far as shampoos are concerned)
nioxin is a scam (as far as hairloss is concerned)
