Nizoral on its own

I'm having a bit of a hard time finding good info here on use of nizoral by itself and whatnot. My main problem is thinning in the front, and my hairline is receded a bit. The thinning in the front has gotten kinda poor, I think, although when dry and under certain lightings you don't notice it at all.

Anyway, what effect would Nizoral likely have on my hair, and how long would it take? Also, I read somebody here say that one side effect of Nizoral is "hair loss". What the hell's that about?

i would say hardly any effect, if at all.

though nizoral is good for scalp health and MAY help promote some regrowth over your entire scalp, the benefits you would see on your hairline would be very minimal. nizoral is best when used in conjunction with a proven treatment to help create a good scalp environment for the proven treatment to work.

do some research on finasteride and minoxidil to determine if one is right for you.

also consider spironolactone, i've heard good things about its effectiveness on the hairline.

and, of course, i always recommend a good copper peptide.
