Is Nizoral better used as a morning shampoo or night time shampoo?

Any opinions would be great, thanks

Doesn't really matter man. Most of the time I use it in the morning when I take a shower...sometimes I use it at night so that I don't have to in the morning....either way there'll be no difference..its just shampoo

Well I shampoo both morning and night and I feel that at night my hair and scalp is more oily and greasy at night which in turn might cause the nizoral to not absorb as well?

Usually in the morning my scalp is not as dirty since I shampooed at night already so maybe the nizoral will work better?

Unless you have some problem I would say shampooing your hair 2 times a day is too much. You're going to strip the hell out of your hair. Also, I've noticed that when I use nizoral every single day my body seems to ramp up oil production on my scalp (maybe because i'm stripping it so often it triggers it to over produce)...your scalp may be so oily because you're shampooing 2 times a day. I'd stick to once a day or once every other day for a bit and see what happens. Just my advice

I understand what you mean. But I've tried just shampooing at night and rinsing with water in the morning and by mid day my hair gets all limp and oily and the worst is the smell. That I can't handle.
