I've read the men's hairloss guide, and I see that Nizoral is crucial to the hairloss regimine. My question is, if i've had hairloss due to irritation and dandruf, and I just use Nizoral and a growth stimulant like a lasercomb, or do I have to add to add propecia as well?

A laser comb is a waste of money in my opinion. If you're going to use a growth stimulant, use the only one approved by the FDA to regrow hair, namely Minoxidil.

And yes, you need finasteride (Propecia) to stop your hair loss. Minoxidil will only give you brief regrowth, and doesn't stop the cause of hair loss, and Nizoral is not enough.

I agree with sadscalp 100%. Laser is a complete waste of money. Been there, done that. Even though I don't have interest in dealing with minoxidil. I too agree it is really the only viable growth stimulant. I've chosen to just take finasteride and slow the progression down.

I'm also not a real fan of nizoral. I've found whenever I use it, I tend to shed more than normal. But that's just my situation.
