I have no idea why I didnt look into it better but I didnt use nizoral, I thought a shampoo wouldnt be effective at all but reading some studies now, I know I made a mistake.
Anyway, Nizoral's company says u should use it 1-2 a week and not everyday. I'm thinking about using it every third day so 2-3 a week now. Do you guys think this is ok? Anyone knows a study which tells how often we can use nizoral for best results without damaging hair?
