NIZORAL Frequency Question...

I have read that most people use Nizoral (either the 1% or 2%) only a few times a week.

Is it counterproductive or harmful to use it more frequently? Or is it simply that most people can't use it more frequently due to irritation?

I am currently using 1% Nizoral 5 times a week and am not suffering from any irritation. I am thinking of going to 2% 5 times a week.

Any thoughts?

it can be harmful if used more than directed. I try and use it 5 times every 2 weeks, so 2 one week and 3 the next and so on. It may not necessarily be counterproductive, but it cant help to not obey the directions.

Is this your opinion or did you read this somewhere. Also, harmful HOW? What does it do that is harmful? Thanks.
