Just bought these today, just wanted to check I have the right stuff?

The Nizoral is 2% that’s ok right?

From what I have read on here, people either prefer Nizoral or T-Gel. So what I was thinking is I would alternate them. Every 3 days use one, and then 3 days later use the other. Would that be ok? I am thinking I will then get the benefits from both...
Thanks

Yep, you've got the right tools for the job there!

I would use The T-Gel for two days then the Nizoral for one. The Nizoral can make your scalp irritated if it is used too much

Yogi, after 7 years on finasteride (now dutasteride)

Would you say finasteride is effective?
Have you a pic of your hair 7 years go, and a pic now?
How old were you when you started?

I am very curious, as a person about to start on finasteride. Wondering what mine will be like in 7 years time!
Thanks

the T-Gel needs to be the Greasy one, with Piroctone Olamine.

Oops, yes the bottle (and contents) look so similar.

If you can stand the smell of that coal tar shampoo, there's no harm in using it up.

As CCS says, it's the greasy hair one that is the one.

if you're in the U.S. I don't think you can find the T-Gel with piroctone olamine, but I could be wrong. You can get the Ginger Dandruff Shampoo from the Body Shop which has it though.

As long as it has Piroctone Olamine in it its ok. Tgel for Dry hair has PO in it too but some of Tgels shampoos don't so you need to check the ingredients.
