nizoral 2%

How often should I use nizoral 2%. My doctor said every 2 days, but the the packet says every 3-4 days. How often do you guys use it?

Also what do you use on the other days (just regular shampoo?). Do you use conditioner?

I use it every 2-3 days. I think if you use it more often it can dry out your scalp. I always use conditioner after washing my hair with Nizoral and haven't had any problems with dryness. On the off days I use a shampoo and conditioner called Nioxin which is a salon brand that is supposed to be good for thinning hair.
