No way to tell if it's the real deal or not by looking at an ad on Ebay. Anytime you buy online there is a risk so it's a "buyers beware" market out there. Also you need a prescription in the US and this seller is in the UK. Maybe 2% is non prescription there, I am not sure.

You are in the UK, is 2% non prescription there?
