This site recommends Nizoral as a recommended part of any hair maintainence regiment. Is it 1% or 2% that is recommended?

either will do.. you need a prescription for 2% unless you get it online..but just get the 1% and rotate it with neutrogena t gel and some other shampoo of your choice

yes.hope was right although some people on this forum say the 2% is to harsh for their scalp.i use 1% and it works just fine.

if you use minoxidil..trust me on getting the t gel shampoo. nizoral won't help you get rid of the dandruff minoxidil causes.. neutrogena t gel intensive flake control is the best shampoo to get rid of the flakes. it's the only thing that's worked for me because of what minoxidil does to my scalp. if you're not on minoxidil..you shouldn't have dandruff trouble and don't need the t gel

2% is way too harsh for me.

1% works fine!
