Nizerol shampoo? bad idea?

Hey guys
I shower every day. is using Nizerol shampoo every day of the week a bad thing? As my hair is thinning form the top?

I really like the Nizerol shampoo as apposed to other shampoos.
Also how often is it safe to wash your hair out? as i feel i lose alot of hair whilst I shower.

I think that showering once daily is best, but I don't have a Phd in Bathing Methodology. I use Nizoral a lot too, and haven't had a problem with it, but some people claim that it can dry out your hair. Perhaps a conditioner would help if that were the case. Good luck.

if you notice change in hair color, then i suggest you lower the usage.. if nothing seems problem then you can use althought i still suggest using nizoral for 3x a week only

I use Nizoral or other Ketoconazole every day for months and my hair is growing back after 20 years full baldness. Why no-one is trying to kidnap me and put me under a microscope to make a trillion dollars is beyond me! My regimen works! Success to you all. Boru.
