Nioxin shampoo? Or Nizoral?

I have slight hair loss in the front (none on top), I'm 25. I just started finasteride 3 months ago, so far so good. But I've been using Nioxin shampoo for about 5 years. I've heard you should not use the same shampoo very often.

I've also heard horror stories of things like Revita shampoo actually causing hair loss. I just heard about Nizoral. Is this stuff good? I heard to use it only twice a week, is this true? Any idea where I can get Nizoral shampoo in Canada? (specifically Montreal).

I'm terrified of changing too much since things seem to be going ok now, but I'd love to make sure I have control of my hair situation. Any ideas/recommendations? Should I just use organic shampoo? Thanks!

Show me these "horror stories" about Revita?

Nioxin isn't a hair loss treatment in any way. It's just well marketed.

Does anyone have a Revita bottle with the twisty thing at the bottom? Am I supposed to turn it to get the shampoo out? I've twisted it both ways (no arrow) and nothing much seems to happen. And squeezing the bottle isn't great because the bottle is so thick. I don't think I'm supposed to be squeezing it. The shampoo comes with a big booklet but nothing about the damn bottle.
