just started propecia in hopes of keeping my hairline. if i was to add something else to strengethen the hairline what would that be. How is xandrox? i like the ide of xandrox 12.5 being a lotion and i could apply just along my hairline. is this too strong to start? What are my options and what route do you veterans suggest i go? (i'm 18 btw) Thanks

I wouldn't jump into a minoxidil just yet. If you want a topical consider spironolactone, revivigoen, or folligen lotion/creme as a first step.

I would rank them:
1) spironolactone
2) Reviv
3) Folligen

folligen worked wonders at reducing irritation for me. i never really saw results from it when it came to regrowing hair. however i have my irritation under control because i'm putting only 1 topical on my head now, and using nizoral every other day.
