i never thought Duncan Bannatyne would get a hair transplant

and with rob brydom i think he has lost hair since his transplant because on the latest series of QI you can see he is really thin on top...

i really wish i had enougth money to botox my scalp though...

Nesbitt's hair looks the same in the before and after, only just it is longer in the after picture.

The before picture of Nesbits hair is actualy a post op pic probably only a month or two after he had a hair transplant. Google him and you can find pics of him as a full NW4.

Rob Brydon usually wears concealers if that pic is new then I'd guess he's gone for a hair system, because I've never seen it looking quite that good.

Speaking of British actors, have a look at Shaun Williamson (Barry from Eastenders) with his before and after pics, from the Farjo Medical Centre.

All those guys are the perfect hair transplant candidates... Guys in their 40's with small amounts of hair loss. Most of them didn't even need transplants.
