Newbie here. Need advice.

Hello. Please look at my pictures. I have been using Rogaine foam for 4 years. Mostly once a day. For the last 6 months my thinning has started to move forward on my head. I have reading a lot on the site and it seems the big three is the way to go.....
Propecia
Rogaine
Nizoral
If that is the best way to go, I know I need to be more consistent with using the Rogaine twice a day, but how do I figure out what dosage would be best for Propecia?

The recommended dosage is 1 mg. However start with 0.5mg if you are concerned about sides. Good luck!

1mg or bust, any less than 1mg is not recommended due to the lack of DHT blockage and this has been proven in a handful of studies. 0.5mg is the minimum but why risk it? I suggest taking the full 1mg and if you start seeing undesirable side effects then reduce the dosage as that's the most logical way to go.

I have read the list of side effects. I am 45 years old, pretty good health. No allergies or other conditions and I am taking no medications for anything. I have a very
high libido, thanks to the fact that I am still very attracted to my wife of 21 one years. What type of side effects should I expect if any?
