I'm new, hello. I noticed there's isn't a place people can state their regimen and have people give advice. Perhaps someone could start an official "rate my regimen", thread?
Anyway, I'm 21 and I started losing around 19, recently it's been getting noticable, and I'm taking a stand. I don't want sexual side effects, so Propecia is a no for me, and I'm not super advanced yet, so maybe I'll take it easy for now. I was thinking Crinagen, Folligen, and Nizoral %1 or %2. (should I add, say, the Nioxin conditioner? And is it "bad" to use Nizoral every day?)
Could someone be so kind as to rate that regimen for me, and please, unless you're knowledgable on the subject or have used any of those items don't say, "you're a newb, take propecia".
Any advice on possible alternatives to those would be appreciated, but in my reasearch I didn't find any that were much better. Oh, one last favour, do those products cover most of the bases, meaning, the various causes and side effects of male pattern baldness?
Thanks for any help. We male pattern baldness sufferers have to stick together....
