Yes I saw it last night . Don't know if that happens in real life . I would dread going to job interviews looking like a neo nazi, I think guys with hair will always be preferred for jobs in reality ... Unless the boss is bald like in the advert !!

The guy did look cooler than the guys with hair it's a good advert portraying bald as cool for a change
