Well for alittle background information, im about to turn 21 years old. I have a pretty bad receding hairline. I naturally had a hairline that looked alittle receeded in my younger years. When i was around 17 it started to receed much more and my hair started to also thin all over. The diffused thinning is what bother me most. If i can get my hair thicker I would be very happy. I would also like to improve my receeding hairline or stop it from reeding anymore. If i could regrow hair in the temples area that would just be a bonus. Lately i have noticed more hair in my hands and in the sink when shampooing or combing my hair. I have been read topics on the boards for the last few days and decided to do something about my hairloss problem. I plan to start on the Big 3. I do have one question about the Nizoral shampoo,do you recommend the 1% or the 2% you have to get a prescription for. Also just to let you all now when order the finasteride and recieve it and start my regimen with the big 3 i will post pictures and keep every one updated on my progress.

just get the 1% and use it 3 times a week.....that's more than plenty...
Not sure where you're located but in australia Nizoral can be purchased from any chemist.
Nizorals active ingredient is Ketaconazole -
Ketaconazole prohibits steroid production in the adrenal gland and predominately affects the production of cortisol -too much inhibiting of cortisol is not good for you.

Hence why 1% is plenty as is using the shampoo 3x a week
