New S5 formula?

Not sure where to put this, or if there is a person that runs the store on this website that I can email...

I ordered some S5 Cream about a month ago and it's been working pretty well. I ran out and just got another container of S5 Cream in the mail today. I have a few questions....it's in a new container, and it now has a minty smell and a somewhat less thick consistency. It's the same formula though right? I don't want it to stop working.

Second question: when I pulled the container out from the packaging, there was some of the cream on the outsider of the packaging? Any ideas how this happened?

Final question: What effect does heat have on the cream? The package was in my mailbox for a few hours and it was over 90 today.


Other than that, if all is still well I have to say the new S5 formula is definitely better. Smells better and is "cool" upon application. I just hope it works as well.

Hi - yes you can always email from the store on the contact us page....

There have been no changes to the formula. Just new jars and I believe they increased the quantity at no additional charge. This was in response to concerns that the previous jars seemed somewhat too empty for their size.

The modification to smell is a response to some complaints that when warm, the smell of the spironolactone would come out and be more noticeable. Aside from that all is the same, and of course its best to keep spironolactone cool. I've always kept mine refrigerated when not in use. I doubt a short stint in a mailbox would harm anything however.
