Hello all, I am currently 39 years old and over the past 5 years my hair has dramatically thinned. I am betting more than 60% thinner.
I have had long hair my whole life, middle of back length and my hair is straight, so I can see the effects more than say a person with curly hair.
What should I do at this point? Should I just let it go it's course, or should I try to stop the process? Can the process be stopped and can it be reversed?
Without the ability to go back to what I had 5 years ago, I don't see much sense in trying to salvage or even grow a few little spots. I am not even sure with my straight hair it's even plausible. It's very evident I am balding in spots, my front hairline and the top of my head have visible bald areas under the remnants of thinning hair.
I guess I am looking for options and a few opinions as to what I should do.
