You're likely in the neighborhood of a Norwood 6. It wouldn't hurt to get on Minoxidil and Finasteride. The former is relatively cheap. The latter is cheap if you get it right. Don't get Propecia or anything ungodly expensive. I got a prescription from my doctor for generic Finasteride and took it to Walmart. They have 5mg finasteride for $9 (that's full price - no insurance needed). And you can break those pills into quarters and take 1.25 mg a day. That's 120 pills for $9. It's pretty great. I'm enjoying it.But I should also say that results really aren't guaranteed when you get into the Norwood 5-7 range. It really depends. Still, with such cheap options available, I'd give it a go. Thanks for your Advise Bob Dylan, can any doctor prescribe generic Finasteride or does it have to be a Dermatologist? Also if I get on generic Finasteride and Minoxidil how far up the norwood scale can I get to with the results being that my scalp reacts ok with both finasteride and Minoxidil. Anyone on this forum move from Norwood 6 to 3 or 2 at least?

I would say that you should get on finasteride so you don't lose what you have left. I'm going to be brutally honest, even with treatments, you aren't going to regrow a cosmetically good head of hair. You probably will regrow some, but you'll still look quite bald... I think you should look at what one of our members did, get a hair transplant, don't aim for thick hair because it won't happen with such a big area to cover and limited donor, but you may be able to pull off a buzz cut with a decent hair transplant. Perhaps if you combine with body hair transplants and/or scalp micro pigmentation, you can get a thicker healthy looking buzzcut, but with current treatment options, that's likely the best you can hope for. You won't be able to grow your hair out, but you won't look bald if it works out.

I have to ask:What took you so long? You didn't care? had other things going on in your life that you never cared?Anyways, I don't think it is ever too late to try...You're not 64. Give the big three a try!

I dint know abut the big three or dint ask or wasn't advised that i could stop hairloss by anyone when I was younger. I only tried Rogaine for a few weeks. Dint know I had to be on meds for a long time to keep or maintaine my hair. I'm in the best of shape. I eat healthy. If I give the big three a go I don't want to do it if I can only go back to Norwood 4 or 3.
Some people say I look good bald since my head is not oddly shaped. But I looked very handsome when I had hair. F*CK MY LIFE!!
Now I can only get fatties and girls that don't look that great. I used to go on dates with hot girls 8/10, 9/10 girls. I've noticed that girls will not give it a chance even if you have the best sense of humor and make them laugh. I want I hot girl or I don even enjoy a date if its not I girl I'm in to. I tried a hair piece for 16 days and I hated it.

Tried Hair System for 16 days and I hated it. The itchiness throughout the day is horrible, I had to limit myself with activities.
I like going to the gym workout and play many basketball games. I couldn't play as much with the system on knowing that I couldn't allow to sweat so much or it will come of my head.

There is literally zero chance that you will regrow to an NW3, NW2 is out if the question. NW4 is a possibility. Like I said, a hair transplant, buzzcut + SMP may give yo the appearance of a non balding man who chooses to buzz his head, that's your best option if not looking bald is your goal.
