In the full press-release Intercytex prelimary report (warning: .pdf file) for 2006 it says on page 3:

We are investigating whether there are opportunities to initiate the small scale commercialisation of ICX-TRC in 2008. This will depend on the outcome of the ongoing Phase II trial and further regulatory review.
Now obviously its a speculative forward looking statement from a company not knowing for meeting deadline, but recently they said it wouldn't be available till 2010 at the absolute earliest. Is this maybe indicative of early success in the phase 2 trials so far?

that is nice.

it just goes to show that the researchers working on this really think it should work when they get the cell cultivation, cell mixture, and inject protocol down pat in the most efficious way. Its sound science, despite what some of these naysayers claim

Rat whiskers were successfully cloned and implanted in the late sixties. Its a shock its been so long before its being done to people..........
