new here, basic questions.

so I am on the big 3, started... 2 weeks ago I think.
I am a Norwood 2 - 2.5 my left side is worse and showing signs of going towards Norwood 3 territory.

with my current hairstyle covering the temples I can even appear as a nw1

anyway decided I am not going down without a fight...
I also plan to go on no fap... don't care if you think it makes no difference.

I really really pray for hairline regrowth, Id be happy if I would get to a solid nw2 hairline or nw1.5-1.9, I don't think ill ever be able to get to a nw1 as I don't think I ever had a nw1 hairline, remember having no temples by atleast the time I was 8 years old.

I want to know, how long would it take to see regrowth results, my crown is thinning as well, but other than the normal swirl bald spot its fine.
would I be able to regrow hairline? how long would it take to see first results?

oh btw, I am 22 and no side effects so far.

By big 3 I assume you mean finasteride, minoxidil, and ketaconazole shampoo (nizoral).

Depends on what you mean by results. Minoxidil can show some regrowth in as little as 2 months in my experience. For the full effect of finasteride it takes 1-2 years, but results are typically seen much earlier. My brother saw results in 6 months. It is a slow process.

As for nofap, don't torture yourself. Even if it WERE true, you're suppressing so much DHT with the big 3 that nofap would be in the noise. And thats IF it wasn't complete horsecrap.
