New Hair Sprouts Since 3 Weeks Ago Stopped Growing

Treatment: Propecia for 2 years, Nizoral 2/3 times a week.

Hi all,
Luckily, 3 weeks ago I started seeing at least 13 new hair sprouts on my almost bald patch on the right front.
Since then, I don't think it grew much. That is, the new hairs' length are still about 1mm.
Is this normal? When can I expect it to continuing growing?
What is the deal with that?

I hope you can clear this for me.

Hard to say without pics, but it seems that you're talking about some vellus hair, turning vellus hair to terminal can be tricky, you should maybe add Minoxidil to your regimen to add some growth factors and give it a shot
