Yeah...any advice about that? I've actually been putting off seeing him because I'm so worried about that...I mean it's a bit embarassing to be balding at 22/23. He's 25...but yeah my hair is definitely noticeably thinning.

What will happen is either that he wont notice it, or he will and then will forget about it after 10 seconds. The only guys who think about it at all are other balding guys. I can now tell you the hairlines of all my colleagues... until a year ago, when I realized I was losing hair, I would have had no clue.

Bro, I was in the same position last night, as I saw some folks I hadn't seen since high school (I'm 24). A couple of things: objectively, how noticeable is your thinning? Chances are, it looks much worse to you than to others. Number 2: Toppik or a hat. People who are NW0's rock them. 3.) Reread Yetti's quote. Until I started thinning, I had no idea about the symptoms of male pattern baldness. Only the trained eye can detect it, and those of us gain the trained eye by suffering from it ourselves

One other thing: do not, I repeat do not, fixate on it before you leave. Maybe avoid harsh lighting the day of your meeting. Style as best you can to get coverage and don't give it a second thought

If he's your "friend" he's not going to think any less of you because you're losing your hair is he? If he does think any less of or if he makes fun of you then he's not really your friend.

Man I put off meeting with an ex of mine who wanted to get back together (after 4 years) for the same reason. Wanted to so bad.

Even worse than your predicament. Still, I feelz your pain.
