Does thinking negatively about your hair loss or obsessing over the fact that you are loosing hair cause even more loss?
It has probably been mentioned before but I could not help think about the very, possible, damage that negative thinknig is having on our hair.
As soon as you realise you are losing your hair, most or if not all people begin to obsess, in search for a solution (often futile at best).
This simple task of obsessing then flourishes even deeper as it becomes a concious part of every thought. It is also approximated that we think upward of 15,000 thoughts to even 60,000 tjhoughts per day and the large majority of which are negative.
What kind of cascading effect does this have on our bodies? Does this induce hormones and chemical interactions within our bodies that result in hair loss?
Of course there are other mitigating factors that do apply. I still can't help but ponder the interaction every bad thought we give the curse of hair loss plays in the role of your maine falling to the ground.
Consequently have you ever heard of someone who was losing their hair and that was absolutely happy and content with their life?
I don't know anyone like this, not that I have met. I am new to the game. But I also seem to think that maybe, if you were losing your hair and it honestly did not affect your state of mnid (which is virtually impossible to do) that you may not lose your hair after all.
Thus this could be the reason for me not knowing any happily balding dudes.
This is all theoretical blah blah, the credibility of which I know nothing of but it's interesting to think that the majority of us here if not all think negatively in some way shape or form about our hair loss conciously that is probably attributing to some adverse results.
Even if your claim to not let it bother you at all, to which you probably would not be here, I would say that there would be a sub-concious thought permiating through your mind daily and that your simply not aware of it.
