get on propecia or proscar to maintain what ya have
minoxidil (regaine etc) to possibly regrow more
nizoral 2% shampoo to reduce dht levels(dht main factor in male pattern baldness hairloss)

from ya pics id just say get on propecia 1mg a day or proscar 5mg (cut into 5ths or 4ths and much cheaper)

hope that helps

send me a pm if ya wanna know more

Propecia is definitely something you should look into. A haircut might help too. Keeping your scalp healthy is a good idea. Nizoral is a good shampoo.

so me having longer hair is a bad idea?... it helps conceal the bad areas a little, but im definitely gonna get some propecia... and does that shampoo help grow hair back or is it just a dht blocker?... and doesnt propecia help to regrow hair too?

No its not a bad idea. I just meant it might be easier to manage to keep your scalp healthy. Or if you start using topicals. But nevermind.
There has been a study here somewhere where it said it blocked dht. Sorry dont have the link. Alot of the people on this site use it as one of the big three. It helps against irritation and inflammation. It doesn't regrow hair.
Propecia can regrow hair but you have to make a commitment to it because i think it is more of a maintenance thing. Minoxidil, helps in regrowth. Alot people use this too in conjuction with propecia. Sorry if I confused you.
