Need To Know How Serious This Is Norwood 7 ? Age 22 Or Am I Freaking Out?

I really have no clue how serious my hairloss is. I have attached some photos of my hair buzzed number 1 a week ago. When my hair is longer the crown is not visible. However when I get my hair wet it looks like diffuse thinning. I have not had any huge sheds ( nothing on pillow, maybe 5-10 hairs in sink when i wake up and rub my hands all over head however my hair seems thinner on top than the back. When i take pics with extreme lighting with the flash on it looks visible. I have very dark brown hair. I know my temples are receded it has slowly been receding since I was 18. My question is if it looks like this now does that mean I will be slick bald norwood 7 in my lifetime? The picture with my hair longer was taken in november 3 months ago, which is when I started freaking out about my hairloss. I just need some straight answers my girlfriend and people are me are shocked i shaved my head saying " You're not balding on top". My girlfriend says I'm over reacting and it all looks the same on top minus my receding hairline and that the only reason it looks like i'm balding on top is because I use flash with extreme lighting. I really am trying to be proactive because I don't want to be a norwood 7.. I guess what i'm asking from you guys is do you see a future norwood 7 if it looks like this now age 22?

(Started propecia a week ago).Been on minoxidil since 19 only started applying on crown 8 months ago due to hair transplant surgeon noticing maybe slight thining. He wouldn't even prescribe me finasteride a year ago because he said it's common to see scalp on dark hair guys. Is it all in my head?

Also is this even worth fighting if it's as bad as i think it is? I mean i think i see norwood 7. Can you really fight norwood 7 at 22 years old? Or should I just come to terms with this..?

Fight the fight brother, I see my whole top thinner than my sides which means nw7 is my future. That said, no one really notices that I'm anythingnworst than an nw2.5. I also just turned 24 and being nw2.5 sucks but why not give it a fair fight. I'm a couple weeks shy of 5 months on finasteride so hoping to see somethixkening happen in the next 3-6 months.

Worst case, we go bald like our dads.

Most likely case, we hold on to what we got

Best case, we thicken up all our areas with existing hair, which means you'd basically be a full head as u caught it at a decent time

Btw frontal half of your hair is strong, you only have problems at the crown. Which is the best problematic area to treat withbpropecia

Thanks man my dad was way worst than me at 24, but I've been using rogaine for 2 years and have experimented with finasteride in the past. My father was done by 28, completely bald. I feels wit you bro, my ex used to tell me the same thing. This is what people who love you do, your mom, your Gf won't admit minor changes and they may genuinely not notice. It's not their fault and sometimes they do it to make us feel better, but we all know that's bs.

Judging by your pics I don't think u should be shaving yourhead, unfortunately how don't know how fast you will be bald in, you could start thinning at the front drastically or you can just lose your crown, no clue man. I wish you all the best. At this point I'd find a finasteride dose that's right for you and forget about this sh*t.

I feels wit you bro, my ex used to tell me the same thing. This is what people who love you do, your mom, your Gf won't admit minor changes and they may genuinely not notice. My ex claimed she didn't care cause she loved me but she admitted bald guys aren't her preference. That said, I just wasn't 100% into her and I'm a uni student + I run a business (and worrying about hairloss is another full time job) and didn't find myself making any time for her, so I eventually broke up with her. I wouldn't say hairloss was the culprit tho.

One thing I can guarantee is that you care about your hair more than anyone else, the only thing is that It effects our self esteem, not only our appearance. If ur girl says she loves you she prob does. No offence, but she's prob noticed the minor recession before you told her

Have a massive bowling ball of thinning on your crown, but the stage is still early.

Finasteride can reverse the effects.

Exactly the same pattern on crown I had in 2016 (was 22), but my hairline and temples was much better than your, I was a Norwood 1. I lost 50% of density on whole scalp in 2-3 weeks, even on back and sides. Now I am 23, started treatment a month ago and have noticed regrowth in a matter of 2 weeks. My treatment: 100mg spironolactone for 1 week, than 50mg (enough to stop my itch and sebum) and then added finasteride and ketoconazole 2% (cheap indian Nizoral). On the next week I have noticed minor regrowth on whole diffused area (even on sides, back and hairline). They are invisible white hairs, but pricky and strong enough, so I think they will be terminal. I don't know from what I have such a quick progress, but I doubt that it was finasteride. Maybe spironolactone and ketoconazole. I am also used dutasteride 2 times but dropped—it's expensive and I doubt I need it now. For temples I added 6.5mg of androcur eod (it has cumulative effect) so I have no reason to take higher dosages. It will work, but maybe it take some time, no a big problem for me. My temples slightly receded in summer 2016, so I hope it will regrow it. After next few month I will check my progress and will decide wheather I need 2mg of estradiol ed or not. I am going to cycle it to avoid total feminization.
