He is my current regime over the last year
minoxidil 1-2x a day depending on my schedule
finasteride 1.25 daily
nizoral 1% every third day.
The first 6 moths i had great results, then it kinda of leveled out and now seems some of the hair on my crown is starting to thin out again. Over the last month i havent been able to keep up perfectly on my treatment due to travel so that might be the cause.
I have diffuse thining and usually just shave my head with the #1 extension which used to look great but now the thining is starting to show through again. With my hair so short i use the spray for the minoxidil and sometimes may apply more than needed i dont know if this could cause it to worsen instead of help. Any recommendations for me, and if i was to add something else what should i add?
