Need Suggestions for Dry/Seborrheic dermatitis Scalp!

Hey All!

I'm New Here (You Can Tell By The Title of This Thread).I'm 19 Years Old & I'm Suffering From Seborrheic Dermatitis As My Derma Said.I Went To Two Dermatologists, One Gave Me Shampoo That Contains 2% Ketoconazole , 2% Coal Tar , 2% Salicylic Acid & 3% Cade Oil.This Shampoo Worked Well For 3 Months Then It Started To Dry The Scalp.Then I Went To Another Dermatologist She Prescribed Me a Shampoo With Only 2% Ketoconazole,The Problem is The Shampoo With Only 2% Keto Dries Scalp And Hair To The Core. And The One With Keto Coal And Salicylic Dries Only Because It Has Salicylic Acid Otherwise It is Great Because It Has Cade Oil Too And It Works Just Fine on My Dry Dandruff/Sebo/Fungus.


I Have Tried Two Shampoos (Sebamed & Matrix) With Active ingredient : Piroctone Olamine & Those Shampoo Messed Up My Scalp Even More.My Scalp Dont Like Piroctone Olamine I Guess.

Whenever I Shampoo With Keto or Piroctone Olamine , The Very Next Day I See My Black Pillow Covered With White Bits, I Dont Know If Its Dandruff or Just Dry Scalp.


I Was Researching Today (Like All The Other Days) And Found Out That If You Mix Nizoral (Keto 2%) and Emu Oil , It Will Not Dry/Fry Up Your Hair/Scalp.


So I Was Wondering If Anybody Could Help Me Out , I Just Want a Shampoo That Will Not Dry/Irritate My Scalp And Also As Effective as Ketoconazole or Coal Tar & If Anybody Used Tea Tree Oil With Ketoconazole or Any Other Oil With Any Other Ingredient.

Also I Have Ordered a Shampoo With Selenium Sulfide 2.5% , Dont Know How Will Be The Effect Of It On My Hair/Scalp.

I Have Found a Shampoo With 2% Ketoconazole & 1% Aloe Vera , Anybody Tried This Mix?

if somebody has seborrheic dermatitis, is the hairloss caused by SD reversible, or is seborrheic dermatitis hair loss Androgenetic Alopecia. Seems a lot of people with Androgenetic Alopecia complain about having flaky oily scalp.

last question, let's say replicel will come up with something next year. Ok, if they put those DS cells or whatever cells they are, in the scalp, will hair be able to grow in a sebhorreic dermatitis inflamed skin, won't it destroy the new hair follicles in the long run.
Any body who can answer my questions please?
