need some serious help, losing 500 hairs last couple days.

I have posted on here before some pictures of my hair loss. Everyone has been very possitive in telling my they see no signs of male pattern baldness. I am a very stressed out person im sure that is not helping the situation. I have been very gentle when washing and brushing my hair very ocd like. I noticed my hair loss about 2 years ago after a coarse of accutane. im 36 years old btw. I have always has a pretty high tsh level regarding my thyroid. the Doctor put me on 50mcg of synthroid thinking it was mabe a thyroid issue. since then i have been able to regulate my thyroid hormone. i have had about every test done possibe regarding hormones. i dont manipulate my hair very much. when i was i lose maybe 30 then during the day maybe 30 more then the same at night. I have not vigurously washed my hair or towel try it in months. my hair line is getting destroyed so quickly it is amazing. Im losing hair from sideburns back front ect. anyways I decided to finally scrub my hair tonight and towel dry it. My wife and mother cried when they saw the about of hair I lost. In fact they counted over 500 I know it sounds crazy and it is. I know thats not normal. To make things worse i have a 9 inch scar on the top of my head from a accident. I had taking propecia and minoxidil for over 6 months and it did not slow it actually got worse. I have gone to 5 derms 3 endos and my regular doctor. I have never lost as many hairs as tonight. i went and got my hair cut very short and realized the magnitude of my hairloss. I am going insane. I no people deal with bigger problems than me but this has happened so quickly I cannot beleive it regular male pattern baldness. Can it be the synthroid medicine? it is pushing myself away from my family and friend. To make the mater worse all my eyebrows are falling at also. I have had every thyroid test imaginable done. i rally need some help. Im thinking about going to a head shrink. The only thing stressing me is my hair loss. i used to have had bad itching scalp but that has subsided. Do you think not manipulating my scalp for so long is causing the hairloss. I noticed my crown it very thing after getting a #2 clipper done on my head. Can male pattern baldness be this aggressive? with my eyebrows and side burnings thinning so dramatictly i cant see this being normal. Im really in a tough place right now. thank u so much for listing

I have some pics posted up here pretty recently, im not sure how u could look them up. I got a very short hair cut now and realize u can see scalp throught thin hair. this has been going on for over 2 years almost. can chronic Telogen Effluvium last that long? My eyebrows grow back very thin only to fall out again. Same thing with my hair. its miniturazing extremly fast. I have heard that thyroid can cause this also and lead to male pattern baldness. Can it come back also? I take xanax for sleep and I take bactrim for acne. I noticed my hair loss before taking these drugs and from my research these arnt really associated with hairloss anyway. i had my sides and back #1 clipped and the top #3 and #2 so I know that will show thinning around the crow regardless of hairloss or not. But my haiir just pulls out so easily. I dont forse it. i had my wife and mom do this so I know its not me. have you heard of this before. I read your post and it seems like you very knowledgeable. I do no steroids or any other drugs that would trigger this. My mom had two strokes, adopted my sisters 3 boys and I just had my first child. I know there is no way of telliing what will happen. I just want some real world experienses.

i had a biopsy done about 1 year ago. it came back suggestive of androgentic alopecia, or male pattern baldness. I asked my derm was suggestive meant, he told me the test should no conclusive signs. That was when I was coming off accutane so i knew i might loose some hair. problem is its getting worse. can chronic telegom effluim cause this. I agree about the body hair and eyebrows. even my body hair is thinner and grows much slower. oh and all my hair is turning grey, beard, nose, head, ect. I thought it might me diffuse alopecia aerata. they did all sorts of test and ruled that out, 3 derms. I dont know man, im bugging. when my hairs dry most people would never know im losing it.
I get a cbc count everymonth. Can stress cause this? i will note that the left side of my head thinned out sh*t load more than my other side. I guess its time to get a hair mapping done. I have been so happy that the itching had stopped. I thought it was getting better. appreciate ur time man

Thanks man. Im pretty strapped cash wise what does something like this cost. my wife doesnt care how much it costs she just wants me to find out whats up. if i knew it was normal male pattern baldness. i would shave my head to quit stressing. the scar would be a good conversation peace. I guess they do eyebrows transplants so. I live in pa know any good hair docs in pa
