Hi guys
I am a 29 year old from the UK. I have what I thought could be described as a full head of hair, but after a couple of comments from the hairdresser and one from a collegue at work about my crown thinning, I thought it was time to take a look.
It certainly seems like its thinning a little and the crown is now visible - I have spent a lot of time looking at it in the mirror and was inconclusive for a while if I was losing - but think I was in denial.
The reason I never worried, was because when I look at myself from the front I have good hair and people always comment on how I only look about 24!! I have absolutely no recession anywhere else except directly at the crown area.
But I really feel I should do something about this to stop it in its tracks, as my hair means so much to me!!
So I bit the bullet after hours of research and have bought Propecia which I have decided to half and go with 0.5mg per day....
....and I just bought Nizoral 2% from my local chemist.
I am sh***g it to start on Propecia - but my hair means so much, my confidence etc. It really is a big thing.
I guess I want a little confidence that the regime I have chosen after this research is the right one after all these hours of research!!
This forum has been so helpful, so far!!
Regards
Steve
