I dont know what to do anymore!!

Been on rogaine for 4 months and spironolactone cream over 5.

I dont think this is working at all!!! I am slowly losing ground.

What besides Rogaine and spironolactone cream can I add?
I dont wanna go on Propecia though

this sucks fellas........

From what I understand, 'The Big 3' is gonna be ur best bet at stopping and possibly regrowing hair loss, which consists of minoxidil, nizoral shampoo and yes, the scary and costly propecia. Guess if you really want to have the highest chances to improve hair loss you gotta bite the bullet and get on some finasteride.

Copper peptides, though I personally don´t believe it is very effective.

if youre not prepared to take finasteride then you really cant moan too much. sounds like youre a non responder to minoxidil and spironolactone wont do much on it own. gotta be realistic man.

Well you can't really expect results after 4 months on Rogaine anyway. It can take anywhere from 4 months to a year and a half to start doing something, and even then, you might not notice it for another 6 months as well. It may take quite a few cycles to get the hair strands growing thicker and stronger

I have been using minoxidil for a year now and I'm almost certain I can see regrowth... yet so much of my hair has fallen out lately that at the moment it's the worst it's ever been. I'm still gonna stick with it though - for at least another year or so. Because I've come this far.

I wouldn't tell you to get on finasteride if you didn't want to, but on the big 3 you would be giving yourself the best chance for results.

you should be using spironolactone at least twice a day, 3 times would be even better.

you havent been on treatments long enough to really know if they are working or not, but if you arent interested in propecia some have seen success using revivogen and spironolactone together.
