Need help with regime

Hi, i am 20, so my current regime is lipogaine twice a day (been using for ~6 months), S5 cream twice a day (been using for ~1-2 months), revivogen once a day (been using for 2-3 weeks), regenpure DR 4 times a week (been using for ~2 months) and 1mg propecia (been using 4 days).

I got on these as i took accutane for 1.5 months which caused shedding and temporal recession. After day 1 of propecia, i noticed my face was oily, slightly increased sex drive and i was starting to get acne (i was previously acne free for about 4 weeks, not from accutane as after i stopped it i started getting pimples again. the no acne was from a healthier in diet/vitamins/proboitic). I also noticed that i started shedding significantly more after 1 day of propecia (shedding hadn't been this bad since accutane).

From research on these forums, it seems as though all cases of finasteride where the user immediately started shedding/oily face/acne/increased sex drive was a result of hypoandrogenicity and on finasteride their hair got worse. On my mothers side the men have hair, however on my fathers side all the men are bald (fairly young to, ~30 years old).

So i was wondering what people here would recommend, i.e. change my routine or whatever.

Any help would be much appreciated

i think you are experiencing the placebo effect, it's impossible to judge all that in 1 day. there is no way finasteride can cause or make your hair loss worse.your regimen looks very solid to me and wait at least a couple of months to judge it's effectiveness and be sure to take photos. it also might be helpful if you post a couple of pics here so we can give you a better answer

it's posts like these that make everyone else, who actually have legitimate concerns about finasteride, look like hypochondriacs.
