Hi, Aleksa.
You have several (7, i think) blood count-related items that are a bit outside the reference ranges (top section of the report). For example, WBC. If just one or two is a bit outside the range, it does not mean anything significant. But I can see that a few of yours are, so I would ask a doctor and do a bit of research. Did you already discuss that with your physician?
Secondly -- I am not sure this will help any -- but your LDL, Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides are all too high. This definitely means that your diet is not ideal, and these blood markers are highly correlated with (at least) androgenic alopecia. I would recommend switching to a healthier diet immediately..

Thank you for your reply!
What do you mean by saying thay blood markers are correlated with androgenic alopecia? Are they affecting my hair to fall out faster or what. If you can, please explain it to me. Also, can you suggest me on some specific vegetables or meat that I should eat? I am a bit scared about this cholestherol. I am doing sports almost everyday so really wasnt expecting this. Can this be fixable by proper diet or I should be worried?
Looking forward to your response,
Alexa.

Agree, you need to eat a healthier diet. Many indicators there that you possibly have chronic inflammation going on, and elevated lipids, which together increase risk of heart disease. I would start off supplementing with a multivitamin, and then switch to eating many fresh fruits and vegetables. Look at green smoothies, too! An easy way to get a lot of leafy greens and fruits. You just need a blender :)

Include oatmeal in your diet, put some fruits on there like blueberries, strawberries, banana. Include almonds, walnuts. There's a ton of good information on the net, it's not hard to find how to eat healthy....

All in all, should I be worried in the long run or I can fix this with proper diet?

Also, yes - you can definitely fix the blood results like HDL and LDL with proper diet.

My first thoughts when I saw the blood tests was (no offense bro) this guy eats like sh*t, probably doesn't work out either, cuz guys that work out usually care about nutrition more often.

You can quite easily get your values to normal range, but you'll have to clean up your diet. The previous posts pretty much covered it.

Yea I knoe man, I was shocked as well. I mean, I play tennis all my life, 3-4 times a week plus I go to the gym 3-4 times as well. And I dont eat like 3 burgers a day or something like that. I eat like a normal person, sometimes I eat junk food but I have normal meals throughout the day nothing too extreme. Also, I am very lean so that is when the blood tests came back I was shocked to be honest.
Amyways, this is a eye opener for me, the past week I changed my diet, started eaying a lot of food and vegetables and lowered food with oil in it

Well when it comes to cholesterol it can be genetic. Even if you eat healthy and exercise it wont go normal, so you probably have to ask your doctor for cholesterol medication

Oh you're actually very lean and you play sports and go to the gym? Do you also carry a good amount muscle mass ?
I would have pictured you slightly the opposite from those tests. Perhaps you give a more detailed list of your daily foods before you started changing your diet recently.

Even if there is a genetic component, diet can still be really effective in improving lipid profile. Looking at the results, I've seen so many people start off in a similar position age get their levels really low to where risk of heart disease is virtually nill. For majority of people, probably including the OP, it's more than likely diet related.

Healthy eating will give you far better results in terms of cardiovascular disease risk profile than exercising, but doing both is obviously better.

I have some friends who were involved in a study and they had dramatic improvements when they began their diets.

I also do CR, but it's not needed to get really good results. Just eating lots of healthy foods, minimizing processed sugar should be enough. If not, then consider statins, but I doubt they'd be needed.

Thank you for your response, that was really helpfuk. Tha past week I started eating way more fruit at vegies and basically diched out bread from all of my meals. I started taking those multivitamins as well. I will stick to everything , and at 2-3 months I hope things will get better. Both my dad and my grandfather have genetically increased cholesterol but never had hearth problems. Should I be worried?
