Need help with finasteride

so i bought some over the counter finasteride and no side effects except my head hurts alot and im taking at it at like 12pm should i take earlier or what. Im also having brain fog and my hair is falling out even after taking finasteride. Help is appreciated.

It's very unlikely you'll be experiencing any effects from the drugs in three days, Finasteride is not like Asprin and typically takes months before you'll see any benefit

Had you had any medical direction, or are you self-medicating?

The doctor said i should take propecia but it was to expensive for my budget so i bought generic finasteride from online pharmacy.
