I am 31 and male. 1 year ago I think I did notice a slightly receding hair line almost unnoticable in fact it had stopped when I became aware of it. However in the past 3 months I have been losing a lot of hair all over my scalp, but most of it being in the top.

I thought that was a sign being related to DHT, but my recent bloodwork came back as being 33 for DHT and everything was in range for the CBC test.

I am confused if DHEA can be a factor, but otherwise the only thing I can think of is having my thyroid bloodwork done. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to get a diagnosis from a doctor. If you are losing hair all over the head, yet there is no thinning, it could be something other than male pattern baldness. Get it checked out.
