I am 33 and suffering from male pattern baldness.
I have receding hairlines and frontal thinning of hair.

I believe this is hereditary as my dad has the same case.
I am using Min for 4 years already.
Not sure if it helped....

I noticed extreme thinning now.
I am really badly worried...
I can see myself at my Photos and it's damn bad.....

should i give finasteride a try?
what dossage is good for gradual effects?

I would probably recommend starting on finasteride 1mg per day, but consult with your doctor first

here's a link of my hair's photo when wet.
Do you think I badly need finasteride already?

i believe my case is male pattern baldness because of the common pattern. But its getting more dominant on the right side.....

i've got a photo way back 2010...

This is male pattern baldness, you are losing your hairline. Accept your condition first. Then take action right away if you decide you don't want to go bald. Is it too early for finasteride? Hell no. If you want to keep what you got it is your best option. Else you wait and watch yourself balding and then regret you didn't start earlier.
good luck.

I think you already know what you can do. I can confirm to you that minoxidil has been helping you a lot and you still have not receded from where you were in 2010. I would start with .5mg if I were too afraid and see how it plays out; you will probably benefit from finasteride.
