Need help on my Norwoodness.

Ok, just wondering if i can get any help with what type of norwood i am? Thanx in advance? Please let me know if more pics are needed to determine, and i'll post them.

Looks like diffuse thinning to me. I don't think the Norwood scale is made for this. Your hairline is intact. So that would make you a Norwood0.

Your hair situation looks alot like a guy named "Growthspurt" who put his pics in the succes stories section. Chances are your recovery could be similar too. That would be cool. :woot:

thanx for the reply, I'll check out that guy you mentioned , my hair has been diffusing i guess for the last 5 years. I hope that i can regrow some of it. Just started the big 3 :whistle:

Kinda funny that with the hair grown out even at a #2 or 3 clip or any hair it looks thin but with a shaven # 1 clip it doesn't look so bad. hmm. :lost:

It does look a little whispy and fine in that pic. But the good news is all your hairline and crown is intact. It appears you might be what they call a "diffuse thinner" which is similar to the kinda baldness women get. What kinda product do you use to thicken it up? I use this stuff called Manga Head Putty, it really helps to thicken stuff up. Unfortunately dude its doubtful you will ever be able to have long hair again, because it will just be to thin and ratty. Its hard to take i know, but i share ur pain. But as I said before ur not balding at the hairline or crown so your hair will look awesome with the buzzed look.

Conclusion: Your not on the norwood scale yet (in terms of baldness) your a NW1. But your a diffuse thinner. Thats my diagnosis. But dont quote me im far from an expert lol.

Oh and btw i don't use any products in my hair anymore it just makes it look thinner.

Looks pretty good. Your still young. I agree, go out and have fun. Its hard to see if your losing hair as it looks thick. When your hair gets to looking like mine, then boy you got problems. My hairline is aged and battle hardened from the stress of life, marriage, kids, mortgage, bills and all that stuff that you younguns dont have to worry about just yet.

Between Norwood 1.5 and 2, but you seem to be thinning a bit (not sure). There was a guy called Jayman who had similiar hair as you.

The norwood scale is pretty worthless. You are missing hair but its not really technically a Norwood 2 on that scale. Technically your a Norwood 1 so I guess you pretend you didnt lose any hair or just live with it I guess.
