Hey guys, I'm considering a small hair transplant surgery. It would be the first time ever anything like this.

I've been on minoxidil for 2 years.
Finastride - 8 months now

Since I start Finastride, 3 months in it seemed ok but it's definetely now at 8 months worse then ever. I really do not like my temple area, and now that same temple area has ate into a bit of my hair which just 2 months ago it wasn't like that.

The same Dr who prescribed me Finastride and I've been doing once a month now for the last 8 months, he says the finasteride is definetely working but he is suggesting maybe my temples aren't in a good enough state to get regrowth there. He knows I am very conscious about it and it really bothers me and so For 3K GBP he is saying if I want I can get the exact same thing here from him (That's their instagram btw of the guys i see - https://www.instagram.com/p/BexdSFxhOEU/?taken-by=treatmentroomslondon

Do I go for it? Or hold out for 12 months on Finastride before I make a decision?

When I see the pictures I uploaded i really don't like it but when I see my hair in real life, not those pictures I feel it looks even worse in real. Styling my hair is a nightmare. That area on the left temple is always hard to sweep hair across.

I really don't know what to do

This isn't what you want to hear, but the chances are a hair transplant surgeon screws it up much worse than you think.
