Hello everyone, i am on this forum to try to solve the same problem as all of you. I am 19 y/o and started to notice hair loss last year, but by reviewing some pictures of me i noticed that my hairline started to receed probably earlier ( but i also have a naturally high hairline, its in the family). I have been reaading about the big 3 and its effectiveness. However i do not want to touch finasteride but i need advice with minoxidil and nizoral shampoo that i am planning to try. How effective it is? and how much and what should i use. my loss so far is on the hairline, maybe even more, but since i wear long hair i dont see what is happening under my hair in the vertex area.
