Need Help Figuring It Out My Situation

28 years old past 2 years I been obsessing over my hairline and just my hair in general sometimes to the point where it stresses me and makes me hate the world ridiculous i know I do have baldness in some of my family but also great hair with some of them my father has amazing hair no recessing no nothing just early grey like myself I did have a hairline like him one side went up little higher then other with a point in the middle but I’m feeling like it’s going up a lot now I’m at the point really where I’m like forget it it’s whatever I’ll just buzz it grow my beard lol it does grow a lot my hair but I have a feeling I am balding might not be bad spot in back by widows peak for sure
