Hey guys, I am wondering what my next move should be - if I should now do a hair transplant?

I'm 36, my most effected area has always been and still is my left temple.
I've been on Finastride now for 2 years where I feel it has reduced hair loss but not regrown.
3 years ago I start Minoxidil.

Recently I have moved to a stronger topical dose of Finastride and minoxidil combined. Not sure if any differences.

However I do feel like since 3 years ago, it's just slowed down the process but slowly slowly the temple and hairline is slowly thinning out.

-

I have been told by others on this forum to try dermarolling. I have not implemented that, so that is an option.

-

My other option is to get this area filled in again which in the UK I have been quoted around the 3K GBP mark.

What do you guys think?

If you're sure you're still thinning, then a hair transplant will be a bad choice in the long term.

Before going for a transplant you have to make sure your hair is stable. If it's getting worse than you should work on stopping it before going for a transplant.

If it bothers you that much then go for it. I don't know if the UK is best choice for a hair transplant.
