Need Advice Quick Please Help If You Have Past Experience

I've been on rogaine for 5 nearly 6 months and have exprerienced great regrowth after a significant shed im now wondering should I start finasteride however I don't really want another shed this close to Christmas , after experiencing a shed already on rogaine will I shed again on finasteride ? If I don't start finasteride how long can I keep my hair without it approximately? Please help

Shedding is less common on finasteride than it is with minoxidil. You probably wont shed. You could expect to keep your results from anywhere inbetween 1 - 5 years. Likely the lower end of the years though.

Thanks for replying, it's just I've been scared out of using finasteride because of people's stories on this about shedding and it's not something I'd like to go through again so close to the last shed, do you recommend staring finasteride straight away ? With finasteride how long would I maintain
