Well it can do serious damage in terms of severe anxiety, depression, effects on the brain and then there are the physical symptoms, doctors don't understand what it can do to the body but this is the case with many medications, remember when we were young you always heard don't do drugs they are unnatural and that's the case with finasteride it interferes with natures process with catastrophic effects for some, you are on it a long time so you will be fine I'm sure but hair ain't worth it if it goes wrong which I admit is unlikely.
